The Challenge

Leading estate agent Maslen approached us to help them strengthen their online presence, building their online brand reputation and driving enquiries through their website. In order to position Maslen as key players in a highly saturated market, we needed to ensure that a high calibre of buyers and sellers were being attracted to the site.


We harnessed the decades of experience inside the Maslen team by creating a series of essential guides. These give detailed insight for buyers and sellers alike, enabling them to quickly find relevant advice and navigate the complexities of the housing market.

Our Approach

We initially focussed on designing an easy-to-navigate, mobile friendly website focussed around high quality content - positioning Maslen as thought leaders in the property market. Crucial to this was the creation of an informative and regularly updated blog, including free ‘how to’ guides and insider tips for buyers and sellers. We have continued this friendly expert tone across social media and email communications, building a cohesive and trusted brand.

The Results

In its first year the new website showed a 49% upsurge in traffic and a 59% increase in new users. 2016 again saw a 65% increase in traffic year-on-year. With strategic use of content marketing we have created a dynamic and growing online presence for Maslen, mirroring their real world calibre and continuing to give them an edge over competitors.
