Minimal Maps

  • Michael Pecirno

Minimal Maps is a mapping project exploring how richly detailed, single-subject maps can give us a new view of our world. The project was originally conceived in 2012 whilst taking part in a programme with Archeworks School of Design and has been slowly evolving ever since, appearing in a number of exhibitions for a variety of different places across the world. Below are extracts and details of the original series, mapping the continental United States of America.
