Scott's Last Expedition
Exhibit summary:
The heart of the exhibition was a scaled down version of the interior of the Hut which still stands at Cape Evans in Antarctica today. At the centre of the hut there was a table where the main activity of the team took place, such as dining, leisure, scientific investigation and preparing for the journey.
My involvement:
I worked from start to finish on an animation that was portraying those activities, and on another animation that showed the race between Scott and Amundsen to reach the pole. Here are some still images of the projections and small sections of the animation.
