Create a recruitment toolkit to help establish Network Rail Infrastructure Projects as a major destination for engineering talent in the UK.

Insight

This toolkit needed to sell the department, its ethos, its impact and its future as much as it needed to advertise specific roles. And who better to do this important job than the people already meeting IP challenges head on? The IP staff – in their natural environment and speaking about their rewarding roles – became not only the face of this new IP recruitment brand, but also internal symbols for retention and investment within the department.

Outcome

With an over-riding People + Pride manifesto, ad templates, photography, headlines and example hard-hitting and creative copy all included, the toolkit not only establishes consistency, but makes the recruiters’ jobs much simpler. Consistency and impact are assured in recruitment ads, wherever in the UK they originate from.
