The first edition of NOMAD, a new travelling showcase for collectable design, took place 27-30 April 2017 in Monaco. A selection of leading galleries from around the world staged standout presentations in the historic villa of La Vigie, including solo shows, rare pieces and new work by internationally acclaimed designers, artists and architects.
The galleries that participated in the first edition of NOMAD were: Alamak!, Tokyo; Galerie BSL, Paris; Giustini / Stagetti Galleria O., Rome; Carwan Gallery, Beirut; David Gill Gallery, London; Etage Projects, Copenhagen; Gallery FUMI, London; Heritage Gallery, Moscow; Louise Alexander Gallery, Sardinia; MANIERA, Brussels; Massimo De Carlo, Milan, London, Hong Kong; Nilufar, Milan; SEEDS, London.
Additionally, several Special Projects featured, including Serpentine Galleries and an installation of jewellery and sculpture by Christophe Graber, Zurich.
