We were approached by Openreach to rethink and restyle their online experience after a company rebrand. Leading the UI side of this project, I worked closely alongside a team of UX designers, visual designers, and developers.
We were tasked with solving usability issues and developing a completely new visual style. Using a flexible modular approach, we designed a kit of parts which could be used to build hundreds of pages. By the end of the project we had delivered a website which put the customer first and was accessible to all.
