We are working with some great partners - Wieden + Kennedy, Lucky Generals, Havas, Grey, Engine, BBH, iris, Tribal DDB, M&C Saatchi, Rapha, Airbnb, Pulse Films, IDEO, Passion Pictures, Strangebeast tv, Futerra, Beggars and XL Recordings amongst them.
What sets CMN apart from other diversity organisations is we offer a mentor training programme for employees. Creative businesses pay a course fee for their employees to be mentors and train on the CMN Mentor Development Programme, delivered in partnership with Koreo.co
You can read more about the course content, workshop leaders, the cost of the training and the structure on our training page, here.
Although it's not a built in part of the programme, many of our young people go on to work placements at the organisations where their mentors work.
The model is designed to make sure that everyone benefits - students get supportive careers guidance; mentors are part of an inspiring training course; and businesses build a relationship with talented young people from diverse backgrounds.
