Planet Zoo

Create an identity that is both unique, but that also sits within the ‘Planet’ franchise. The identity needs to feel like it belongs to the ‘Planet’ franchise and sit next to Planet Coaster whilst also being unique enough for Planet Zoo to stand out on its own. The brand should maintain the strong and bold mono logo style whilst also evoking the fun, bright and colourful visual language that has already been established by Planet Coaster. Explore options of tail length, size, shape and species. Lion will be main animal used for key art and marketing so tail should have elements of Lion but be generic enough that it can cover multiple animals rather than focusing on one. Create an expansive colour palette based on the UI teams palette for the game. Expand on this for use on the website, external marketing both digital / physical, merchandise and any future updates that might come to the game. The core colour will be a strong green colour with subtle animals patterns used at a very low opacity in certain situations. Work with marketing artist and wider publishing group to determine brand position on key art, as well as creating merchandise, digital store assets for Steam and print for events including posters and banners.
