The Institute of Education gave me a brief which required working up a poster for a formal event that retained a prim and proper type of feel while also wanting to attract attention and interest. After a few concepts that were kicked to the curb, this design below was the winner. The school's usual colours are blue and a very yellow, I gave this a sophistaced spin using navy and gold.
