We worked closely with the heritage team to evaluate and document the project’s impact and learning. This included collaborating with a team of archivists, curators, and project leads to create their story of change and evaluation framework. We provided training in evaluation tools and methods, setting up systems, surveys, and conversation guides to collect feedback and stories from audiences at their events. We also conducted conversational interviews with project partners, stakeholders, and schools to explore the impact and learning of the project. These insights were used to produce interim and final reports, which were well received and helped inform future heritage engagement at Oxford House. We look forward to continuing our collaboration
