STRENGHTS:
Going into detail while answering questions. Backing up all my answers with knowledge of the company. Doing research before would have helped me a lot.
WEAKNESSES:
Posture - the way I was sat could have been negatively taken so that I didnt want to be there
OPPOTUNITIES:
I can find out more about a company, about the role, about progression and what its like working for the company to see whether that really is what I want to do.
The company can find out more about a me as an employee and what theyre looking for - including things like flexibility problems, whether they tend to stay with the company for a long period of time or just a passing job, whether they will be a good set of 'fresh eyes' and a new look into everything.
Going straight from college, rather than having a lot of experience in the role could be an opportunity as i would be a fresh set of eyes and have youthful ideas for what can be added to the company.
THREATS:
Going straight from college could be a threat compared to someone who has had experince working in fashion for 10 years.
