RIII RIII is the heating lamp designed to keep the rice crackers top warm. it was created to represent the current economic crisis with living coast plunging and the lack of action from goverments. this concept came from a korean saying, we will climba rice hill this winter. meaning that rice harvest was bad the following year. thus the family will starve.
