SAP commisoned Grass Roots to create an experience centre at the UK head office that could showcase their products and services. Their strategic aim was to shorten the sales pipeline by giving the decision makers an added reason to visit the office By partnering with Switch Creative and Engage Works we created an immersive and interactive brand experience centre that brought to life SAP’s intangible products and solutions and showed how they were helping companies across all industries. The aim of the installation is to showcase the potential of data analytics technology in 4 key areas: Sport, Earth, Business and the Future. One of our key roles was the development of the ‘Future Runs SAP’ zone. Think ‘Minority Report’ mixed with ‘Cluedo’ it allows visitors to solve an art heist crime before it even took place using the same tech as the NYPD. Dazzle Ship provided art direction and a variety of motion graphics video solutions for the exhibitions screen content, aswell as UI+UX user journeys for the interactive touchscreen development. This resulted in 1,400 decision makers visiting the centre in year one. £10m of pipeline sales were accelerated to within a year, where previous timelines averaged 2.5 years
