In 2018 I have participated in Porto's Service Design Jam. It was a great introduction to the process and, plus it was super fun! Through the practice of human-centered design and co-design and I and my team have come up with a service that targeted the indecision, or lack off when buying clothes online and that would replicate the collective experience that shopping for clothes can be in the real world (eg. Shopping with mothers, best friends and of course with your significant other). Problem statement: - The user needs to have a moment of reflection before committing to a purchase (especially impulsive ones). - The user needs someone to talk to when is facing a moment of indecision (questions like "Will find something out there better, more ethical, sustainable at the same price?")
