BUSINESS CARD DESIGN Tone: minimal, clean, confident, personal, understated elegance Georgina at Simple Matters Media (literally!) brings brands to life with the brand stories she crafts for small business owners and creative entrepreneurs. She has a way of infusing life into everyday words that brings readers straight into the scenarios and emotions she conjures up. Her stories radiates clarity, calmness and gentleness, with a touch of understated elegance. I wanted the business card I helped her design to exude the beautiful personality of her stories. And most importantly to leave that impression with people - not just at the point of handling out the card, but what comes to mind when people look at it weeks/ months later. This is achieved with a wrap-around effect using the leaf illustration (one of her brand elements) to ‘infuse life’ into the feel of the card - like the way she infuses life into the stories.
