all of the turmoil in our world currently. between climate change, to gun control, to the political landscape and divide, to the threat of reproductive rights being taken away…need i go on? that is exactly what the concept behind this paint was. with so much going on, it’s impossible to acknowledge it all. but this being said, there is a difference with not being able to address everything at a personal level and being completely oblivious to the reality of our day to day lives in the society we all live in. this painting is not meant to come across lightly, it is meant to, quite frankly, hit the viewer over the head with the point and purpose of it. being up front and abrupt, which is ultimately needed when it comes to serious issues. https://klhcreates.com/sit-with-it
