Sketchnotes: How to start a business (& use The Dots to grow it!)

I've never really been keen on starting a business, but with unintentionally freelancing during this pandemic, it's brought up a few ideas that do spark some interest for me! Attended yesterday's talk by Pip Jamieson for some insightful advice and encouragement – some key takeaways below! Sketchnoting (if that's a word?) is my way of taking notes most of the time when I want to avoid writing notes for the sake of it. It kinda helps me to consider what I'm writing which in turn helps me remember what I wrote. Also throwback to my sketchnotes from my first talk by The Dots at New Blood 2017!
