Sleep Well is an app designed to encourage students to improve their sleeping habits. Without a pre-exisiting determination to fix your sleep pattern, very few people actually manage to do so for a sustained amount of time, especially students who have many other priorities (from studying to partying to watching Netflix). This app rewards improvements - however small - and allows you to set yourself realistic goals all to achieve a better nights sleep and keep the user coming back and forming healthier habits! The design process involved extensive secondary research (from thorough scientific studies to infographic videos), market research, primary research (including surveys and ethnographic studies) and lots of continuous user testing. Using software that allowed me to bring this app to life, I focused on interaction and experience; all with the user in mind.
