Soundbox - An Inclusive Music Ensemble

Soundbox is an inclusive three day music project in Tower Hamlets for young people aged 13-18 years both with and without disabilities ran by Drake Music and Spitalfields Music. In April 2016, 19 young people worked together at Brady Arts Centre, creating original music using Assistive Music Technology (AMT) and traditional instruments. As a Spitalfields Music Trainee Music Leader I assisted the group alongside Jack Ross and Sam Vicary (Spitalfields Music Leaders), Anneke Kampman (Drake Music Associate Musician), further assisted by Tim Cape, (Spitalfields Music Trainee Music Leader), and Tom Newnham (Drake Music Trainee Associate Musician).
