Sparked is a docu-series curated by Atlas Obscura’s sub- brand, Gastro Obsura, that follows eight food industry professionals. In the series, they recreate dishes that inspired and taught them how to make a positive impact on the world. In each episode, they each answer the same question: What “Spark Food” rewired your brain, showed you that food was more than fuel, and kick-started the journey to become who you are today?
