Started collecting anonymous, handwritten 'Stories' in March; it began as part of a piece I devised for 'Satellites', a performance for the Barbican's Highwalks, during their OpenFest—I wanted to bring a new commerce to The City, and thought the exchange of stories would be cool.
After the performance, I walked away with 30 or so stories that were funny, confessional, heartfelt, about love, loss, lessons, friendship and family.
Months later I’ve collected 100s of these stories. Exhibited them too. Twice. Now I’m putting together a book of these to be published. It's my mission to get Penguin Random House UK to publish the book, will you help?
