Brand Campaign and creative direction for the 'not' recruitment agency, interactive landing page & digital ads

I was approached by Talent Heroes to create a memorable brand campaign, that highlighted how they are different to other recruitment agencies. Of course, we wanted to avoid the dated 'recruitment revolution' messaging that appears in most agencies missions.

Recruiters can sometimes feel completely out of touch with the clients needs and invoices end up being double what was originally quoted, the market has become murky and confusing. Using cockney rhyming slang and rhyme in general, to give the image of this East End market stall seller who Talent Heroes then literally help the user decode on their landing page (example of interaction animation below).

Social ads were created specifically for LinkedIn, the idea with the aesthetic was to be stylistic and bold - a contrast to the usual B2B style with stock photos etc. Creative copy is short catchy with some memorable rhyming lines such as "Ciao, Ciao cash cow".
