The largest Telecom group in Belgium - Telenet - had various apps enabling their customers to manage their account, view their data consumption and pay their bills, and wanted to create "One app” merging all of these functionalities. The focus over a year had been to design and build the core functionalities in a fast Agile iterative fashion and release updates every 2 weeks to quickly improve the user experience. Coming onboard as a design lead, we worked with the client and the team over few months to re-skin One app to push the overall user experience to the next level through a new design language with interaction and motion design, paving the way for future Telenet’s digital products.
