Triangle Tiles is a piece that could be used for flooring or an unusual wallcovering, made of concrete and laser cut wood it was a personal favourite of mine. I would have liked to do this on a larger scale as in the visual to make more of an impact.

Hidden Gems was a long development of prototyping. The idea to have a semi trensparent element to some of my designs stemmed from the development of this surface design. Made from wood that has been laser cut and etched then washed with diluted paint, then the cut wood filled with resin containing coloured pieces. With further development i would like to see the gaps containing melted glass.

Starry Night surface was part of the series of semi transparent surfaces, with wood pieces cast into resin and then varnished to tarnish the transparency slightly.

Within the circle is lasercut patterns layered to give a delicate effect to the surface design. The idea behind the within the circle that it could be used to give a delicate and subtle textured wallcovering or be used to create dramatic light displays as a room divider or lampshade.
Flowers of life was to represent the concrete jungle of life the modern society has been surrounded in. A multi use surface design, either to be used as a flooring or wall covering, the raw wood giving a nod to nature and the grain giving its own natural texture, gives this design its own stability.
Parrot Mandala aptly named as the colours were taken from Indian parrots beautifull feathers is printed onto Linen to keep the vibrancy of the colours. The colourway was based on research of the Pink Palace in Jaipur as to give the design a different vibe but still inkeeping with the theme of the project.
Hidden Treasures was a development of my handcutting techniques with the desire to create three dimensional wallpapers that are more interactive with the consumer. I feel this design has a very strong appeal to the consumers that want more from thier walls.
