'THE HUB' BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DASHBOARD

“Technology is creating more data, making our marketing environment more intelligent, yet more complex. The Hub ensures the right information is in the right hands at the right time. The Hub gathers, distils and inspires across multiple data sets including sales, social, spend, customer experience and brand performance.” Working with the Head of Innovation at Hall & Partners, I designed a highly interactive business intelligence dashboard to give clients a high-level overview of their business data. We designed a clean, clear, graphical interface, enabling clients to visually identify patterns, trends and anomalies, and allowing them to make effective decisions quickly. Through the incorporation of a portal, the dashboards were also highly customisable, and allowed for different user logins to access varying levels of information across the business. In addition, each individual user could customise their dashboards by dragging and dropping data modules, filtering, searching and tabbing to their desired overview. Users were able to export datasets from specific areas of the dashboard as .csv files and share with colleagues across the business, and sign up for email alerts and reports. This reduced friction for those less used to interacting with dashboards. The Hub won the NGMR Innovative Research Deployment Award and TMRE EXPLOR Award as a market-leading example of data integration and insight insemination.
