Responsible for the overall concept, design and delivery of a brand new volunteer engagement event aimed at 18 – 30 years olds. Created an initial brief for the event based on insight from previous events and existing volunteers – to trial a new fun and informal yet ‘exclusive feeling’ event for a young volunteers (aged between 18-30 years old) to thank them for their support and to build loyalty and deepen engagement with the charity. Pitched the event brief to senior stakeholders and regional staff to gain sign off and buy in. Created the overall brand and identity for the event, keeping it in line with our Masterbrand but fun and engaging enough to attract our target audience. Sourced a venue which was unique and interesting and acted as an incentive for volunteers to attend. Created and managed the internal and external comms process. Sourced and managed internal and external suppliers, including AV, photography and catering. Created and managed the attendee invite and RSVP process. Collaborated with our Research Engagement team to create a programme of self directed activities for attendees to take part in, showcasing the charities work and the difference their contribution is making. Briefed and led the on the day event delivery team. Managed the staff and attendee feedback process, feeding in the results to the planning of future events.
