The path we walk

If you could live, your life again, Do you think you’d choose, to be the same? That fear of failure, shouldn’t exist, Or life could not, bend and twist, For where we are, and what we do next, Has scientists absolutely, completely perplexed, Don’t choose to act, from a place of fear, Follow your values, make sure they’re clear, Then the path you take, Will twist and snake, But look back through, your previous path, And spot the best times, and the laughs, I bet most were not, events you expected, And at first that way, you had possibly rejected, It’s not until, we look behind us and see, That the path we walk, is our destiny. — Alan Firmin
