In November 2017, La Perla launched the ‘Try & Buy’ service which allows clients to place an order online without the need to provide payment upfront, giving them 48 hours to try their selection before committing to purchase. This initiative broke new ground in online luxury fashion, with an aim to bridge the divide between online and the traditional retail environment. The team was presented ‘Best Use of Innovation’ at the Drapers Digital Festival 2018.
