I've been writing all UX copy for SaaS Spinnup, Universal Music's distribution service for independent artists, since 2016. Working closely with the development team I help shape the product's UX and customer journey through copy, helping artists navigate the sometimes complex & confusing world of digital music distribution. Through customer research, we found the simplicity and helpful guidance provided throughout the release creation process to be one of artists' leading reasons for using the service and remaining a customer.
