Visability93

A pictogram created in response to a brief set by McCann London, aiming to change the International Symbol for Access. Currently, the symbol is that of a wheelchair user, even though 93% of people who are disabled don’t use a wheelchair. A new symbol would have to be inclusive of all disabilities, visible and invisible. This approach for a new symbol aims to represent physical, mental and genetic disabilities in one pictogram, suitable for use in many contexts.
