Brief: Wings is a new venture that supports video games created by diverse teams, starting with games made by women and gender minority developers. The brand needs to speak to an unconventional audience and convey a strong but positive message. Response: We selected vibrant, saccharine colours to create a palette that pops. We designed a suite of slogans to act as sublogos for the brand, creating a range of brand expressions which resonate with a young, web-savvy audience. The brand typeface is Proto Grotesk; the contrasting curves and corners of the bold weight have real attitude. Created in collaboration with Cara Bendon Brand Consultancy.
