In partnership with this retail giant, I have spent the last 6 years co-creating with the company's Learning and Development team a clear set of communications, learning, and job tools to ensure that transformation takes hold, change happens and they achieve their desired results, faster. One of the main projects I have worked on over that time is a Management Training Program which was done in conjunction with a learning specialist and the University of Stellenbosch.
