For the last four years I've been the editor/creative director of our Getty Images' Year In Focus photography annual.
I work with all of the key editors and directors of photography across the company to source the best photography from our News, Sport, Entertainment and Archive collections which tends to result in over 5000 images for review.
I then refine and edit this set down to approximately 250 images that form the basis for the book.
As well as the print book I also produce a fully interactive multitouch book that's packed with the same great imagery as well as additional video and 360 panoramics.
