You Are Over The Line

You Are Over The Line was a interior concept developed around gender non-conformity and the world of sports– Pieteke Korte worked in close collaboration with a group of designers (and close friends) to develop the interior for the Fall 2015 interior of You Are Here– A fashion concept store in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. With a focus on normative sports they developed a interior out of sporting materials, apparatus, and graphic elements; a topsy turvy world of court lines, football nets and basketball hoops. The two seemingly nebulous worlds of gender non-conformity and sports were combined to emphasize that sometimes it takes stepping over the line to make changes for the better.
