Visit my Bx Sassy website to have a tour around my world. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know other people's realities; visual journalism is the way I describe it. My experience has drawn me to Eastern European and Middle Eastern Underground Culture, Intersectional Female Narratives, and Sexuality within Society.
I am currently available for freelance work (journalism, illustration, graphic design, creative copywriting, social media content creator, and brand consultation). Open to discussing collaborative funded projects, bringing to the table a unique and gender-sensitive approach to creation.

- Photostory - Musician Albertine SargesA Day with Berlin Singer and Artist, Albertine Sarger. Inspired by the music and vision of Albertine Sarges, I asked if I could interview and photograph her whilst she was on tour in the UK. Our artist date took place over breakfast in a Greasy Spoon and a walk along the canal. Featuring her as a woman to watch within the music industry, Bethany created both the written and visual content for Reform The Funk.
- Soul, Synth and Rock & Roll, Songstress Shingai Tells Us About Breaking Down Doors And Celebrating Her Zimbabwean HeritageFeature on Singer Shingai written for Reform The Funk (Online Cultural Platform), focusing on the extent of Shingai's musical career, the industries treatment of females POC and the sound she is exuding in her latest Solo EP release. Sitting alongside the mini series Talk and Play with Chante Joseph, who conducted an interview with Shingai.
- When Tunisian Traditions Meets Electronic Dance Music - The Sound of NuriNuri’s music can be best described as a mix of bass, beats and dirty old sounds layered between samples of Afro and Global melodies; a combination which, with an upbeat electronic foundation, results in tracks that implore you to start dancing. Heavily inspired by his Northern African heritage, I interviewed Nuri focusing on the ways he wishes to preserve traditions through his contemporary production of older sounds.
