About me
A multi-disciplinary designer and illustrator who thrives on new creative challenges. Confident, self-motivated and always seen with a smile, I like to throw myself in the deep end and get involved. Excellent time management and organisational skills, along with meticulous attention to detail. Proactive with a flexible approach to projects. Capable of working independently or equally as part of a team. Always keen on self-development and eager to learn new practices.
Projects
  • Viewpoint Zine
Viewpoint ZineI created this zine in response to Pentagram Design’s brief shared through New Designers 2021. ‘Viewpoint’ was an imagined magazine for WITNESS to engage activists around the world, and spread the word about the amazing work carried out on a daily basis.
  • The Uninhabitable Earth
The Uninhabitable EarthAs part of a university module, I created work for the Penguin Student Design Award 2021. I made submissions for both the Fiction and Non-Fiction categories. This is my Non-Fiction design for the book ‘The Uninhabitable Earth’ by David Wallace-Wells.
  • Audible Podcast
Audible PodcastAs part of a D&AD design brief, I created an audible cover concept. The fictional podcast was aimed at empty nesters, looking to learn a new language alongside a famous face. I decided Bill Bailey would be the perfect narrator since he’s multi-lingual, comical and popular with the demographic I wanted to reach.
  • Children's Clothing
Children's ClothingClothing company 'I Look So Cute' chose my designs as the runner-up for their competition brief. They wanted a series of two illustrations ready to print for their premier collection, in the theme of ‘Jungle’. I wanted the patterns I created to be transferable across a variety of clothing items and products. I'd personally love the giraffe pattern I created on some dungarees with the leaf shirt layered underneath.
  • Blue Elephant Tea
Blue Elephant TeaMy dad approached me with a business idea for a tea company, that would source its leaves from Indian tea gardens. We worked together on developing a name and discussing the market he wanted to reach. After talking with him, I was deeply inspired to create what Blue Elephant Tea could be and wanted to explore how to make something fun that could appeal to a premium market.
  • Heart of Darkness
Heart of DarknessA 2015 House of Illustration brief for the book Heart of Darkness, which stood out for me. The requirements were to make a special edition book cover, along with a set of full-page internal images to be placed alongside the text.
