About me
I know, no one reads these things, I also know that I am not supposed to start a paragraph with the word “I”. So, if you cannot be bothered, for some reason, to know my story and my mindset before paying me to do something, I have a summed up version of it: As a brand designer, I recognize the significant responsibility that comes with the role. I have willingly declined projects in the past that did not align with my moral compass. Consequently, my objective is to craft authentic brands that genuinely express their unique stories to the intended audience. Rather than imposing brands on audiences through manipulative tactics, such as those who merely incorporate a rainbow flag in their logo while perpetuating harmful practices, I believe in the power of honest and responsible branding. But if you want a less boring bio visit my website www.giovannilamarca.it

  • Aluroma rebranding
Aluroma rebrandingIn 2024, I had the opportunity to develop a fresh branding strategy for Aluroma, a prominent aluminum producer in Italy, while working with Seed Media Agency. The previous logo had an outdated appearance and was tied to specific imagery that failed to convey the brand's core values. My proposed rebranding focused on instilling a sense of trust, professionalism, and tradition, while also ensuring a modern and approachable aesthetic. This new design reflects Aluroma's commitment to quality and inn
  • Nziem Festival 2024
Nziem Festival 2024The identity for the 2024 edition of the Nziem Festival was built around a single, powerful concept: leaving a mark. This idea wasn’t chosen lightly. After the success of our inaugural edition, we felt it was time to assert our presence and signal that we’re here to stay. To bring this vision to life, I combined bold, explosive visuals with playful elements like tribal patterns and smiley faces. The color palette of red, yellow, and orange naturally complemented this energetic vibe, reinforcing

Held in the scenic Naples hinterland, this festival has become a key event in the Southern concert scene, with the main event on September 9, 2023, at Centro O' Giò in Palma Campania. Our creative journey focused on infusing the festival's visual identity with the energy of its musical lineup, including Manuel Agnelli, Bud Spencer Bl

  • Siamounmagazine Issue 01
Siamounmagazine Issue 01In 2023, I collaborated with Emma Pinto and Miguel Angel Diaz to spearhead the design of Siamounmagazine's inaugural printed issue.
