With 15 years’ experience working in design agencies across Toronto and London, I co-founded Soo Yeah Studio in 2018.
I specialise in branding and art direction and really enjoy making things look good. I once heard that design is really just about ‘figuring things out’, and that’s what I like to do - solve problems in creative ways, and have a good time doing it.
I love to work hands-on with clients to tell their story and deliver thoughtful, bold and powerful creative solutions that you can't stop looking at.

- STRONG ISLANDCanary Wharf was planning a major fitness event with classes from celebrity trainers and athletes. But while they had some big names lined up, they still hadn’t defined their own. We stepped in to brand and name the whole event. We chose the simple but memorable name Strong Island, which spoke to the audience’s aspirations and the incredible location of Canary Wharf. We then built a welcoming but aspirational brand using clear typography and bold, bright colours that channel feelings of energy
- Articles Club - Branding + Art DirectionWith a popular Instagram account and events around London, Articles Club needed branding and art direction to give their growing club an identity. To reflect the fun nature of the group, and to help it stand out among other similar clubs, we created a colourful, graphic brand that is influenced by books covers from authors like Sally Rooney and Zadie Smith. - Good One Hard Seltzer - Naming and BrandingCareful, there’s a beverage here man! Good One is a new brand of hard seltzer brewed and packaged in East London. We worked closely with the brewers/founders to develop a fun and unique brand that stands out amongst other drinks brands, while also reflecting their distinct humour and personality. We wanted a vintage feel to match the name ‘Good One’, and created a witty, laid-back tone of voice and vibe to use across all brand mediums. - TUSTING Logo + BrandingTusting is a family run, British luxury Tusting have been hand-making luxury leather bags in the UK since 1875. But by 2019, it was time for a brand refresh. They asked us to update and modernise their look to support the launch of their new collection. We began with the logo – simplifying the crest so it could be worked clearly into leather and swapping the logotype for a modern sans-serif. We then designed packaging, lookbooks, brand guidelines, and marketing materials for print and digital.

- Benk&Bo 2021 Re-LaunchWe helped this Spitalfields based Norwegian workspace/cafe/creative hub with an exciting interior re-fresh as they re-opened in spring 2021. We curated a shoppable vintage furniture (Punch the Clock and Barker & Churcher) and contemporary art gallery (M.A.H Gallery), brought on a sustainable interior paint partner (Coat Paints), and a specialist branding agency (Soo Yeah Studio). We also designed a site specific rug that was created by rug maker/designer Loop Atelier.2

I created covers and designed title typography for various imprints and genres, ranging across teen fiction, suspenseful paranormal reads, and non-fiction titles. This role included re-branding top-selling authors and positioning new authors in a competitive market, for both print and web applications.
