Sharing Feed! Who are the best recruiters in the market? The ones that really look after candidates?
It's a tough market at the moment, so I’d love to start a sharing feed of the top recruiters - the ones that really care about candidates.
Any recommendations? Please pop them below. Names &/or agencies would be wonderful. Thanks all. Pip

- Folllowing this thread as I am actively looking for an Art Director/Creative Director position at a creative agency.
- Some interesting responses here, can't say I've found a good one. The bigger ones in the creative industry seem more interested in conducting salary surveys (which in turn help push up their rates) than helping people on.

- The ones where the recruiter really dedicates their time to each candidate and client even after the recruitment process is complete - what I can only desicribe in marketing speak as the "pre and post". I share and office with this fabulous dude who I literally eaves drop on the entire process so can vouch. Paul is the guy https://www.linkedin.com/in/paulvingerhoets/ :)

- yunojuno.com have been okay, but I'm following this thread, because i'm definitely intrigued to finding out other peoples experiences, who has been doing a good job and of course all the rants incoming!
- I can highly recommend https://www.weareadam.com I have worked alongside them as a strategic partner across two businesses I’ve owned. The reason I chose to work with them was because I usually can’t stand how rubbish recruiters are at listening and taking care of candidates. When I met founder/director Léon Milns I realised I had met that rare recruiter that cared as much about the candidate as the client. And that attitude runs throughout the business.

- Truthfully @Pip Jamieson , I would say a good and recruiter is an oxymoron. Especially if you're off a certain age. The recruitment process has become bastardised by sociopaths. It starts out with someone starting out in a recruitment agency which is just a sales role, they don't see a person, they see a cv and way of getting a sale out of that CV. These recruiters then go on to become 'Talent acquisition' bringing all the nasty habits from the agencies into companies. The days of the good recruiter with years of experience and knowledge is no longer, it's now filled with a bunch of twenty-somethings trying to pay off debt.Phew, I feel better for that rant.
- Best recruiters are www.dweet.com they specialise in the fashion and retail industry 🙏
