What's the best advice you've received this year? Professionally or personally

- @Anna Negrini Please don't! ;-)
- Stop giving advice, just listen
- It's random, but I think it works!Always ask questions. However, "why" can sometimes sound a little aggressive (e.g. "why did you do that?"). So, instead use "what" or "how" as they can be softer.
- Don't worry or stress out about things you have no control over.
- "Don't burn bridges". (not this year but long time ago). Even when I left a job or a client because I wasn't satisfied/happy or thing weren't working I tried to keep a good relationship and I had so many referrals from them.
- Advocate for yourself, no one else has the responsibility of doing that for you ๐๐ป
- 2 pieces:'Trust your skills'and'Be easy to do business with'
- "Only take advice, from someone you would trade places with" that would be mine.
