As an entry-level creative, what are some of the things you’d like to know more about as you start out on your journey post graduating?

IdentityCreates is a platform for entry-level creatives to gain insight and access into all things industry, job opportunities, enhancing digital skills and well-being. 
On August 31st, we will be sitting down to speak with and hear from some great people who are not only working in the industry but are dominating in their field. Find out how they broke in, obtained their roles and built their network. 

We will be sitting down with: 
Pip Jamieson -The Founder & CEO of The Dots. Which is designed around the networking needs of 'No Collar' professionals - creators, freelancers and entrepreneurs. 
Delightfully Dyslexic with a distinctive marmite laugh (you either love it or you hate it). Pip was named by The Sunday Times as one of the Top 100 Disruptive Entrepreneurs, by Creative Review as one of the top 50 Creative Leaders & by Campaign as one of the 50 Trailblazers of the Future. 

Nierodha Perera - A videographer; currently working full-time at ASOS. Who directs, films and edits video content. Nierodha has worked for brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Clinique, Dr Martens and many more. She has worked with artists such as Little Mix and toured with Mabel for her first UK headline tour. Nierodha has also worked on music videos as a Production Assistant for artists such as Stefflon Don, Fekky, Donaeo, Young T, Bugsey and Etta Bond.
Alongside all of this, she runs a food page with a friend called @wearethefoodwhores. Which has led them to collaborate and create content for the likes of Sainsburys, Dinerama, Wagamama. 

Sandra Adu - A graphic designer working at Profusion. Sandra studied a degree in Fashion Management and Marketing. Then after, realising that she had a greater interest in graphic design and branding. Which led her to go on to study as Masters in Advertising, Branding and Communication and obtain her current role in Profusion. 

Nene Parsotam - An Executive Creative Director having worked in the creative advertising industry for the past 15 years. Nene runs VINE Creatives. Which is a high end branding agency for the African diaspora. Nene also co-founded and runs We Are Stripes, a career progression initiative which aims to address the ethnic diversity imbalance in the creative industry.
She has worked with brands such as Wall Street Journal, Disney, L’Oréal, HP, Warner Bros, Jaguar, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, PayPal, Visa, Samsung and Vodaphone amongst many others. Her experience crosses both agency and client side including Digitas, Dare, MC Saatchi, JWT, Wunderman, BBDO and Adam&EveDDB.
Nene has previously judged the 2018 Professional D&AD awards in the Digital Design category. In 2019, she judged the New Blood Awards and was on the jury for the Cannes Lions Industry Craft.

Denise Chippindale - The European Marketing Manager for General Assembly. Previous based in Australia heading the marketing team there. Chip is a trained visual designer now in marketing, she has a wealth of experience in both the tech, design and marketing industries. Spending 3 years in design, she decided to make the switch into marketing and partnerships.
Chip now heads up the marketing team at General Assembly and has loads of insights in transitioning into a different career and a passion for seeing people develop their skills.
