Are you a creative and commercially savvy content professional? The British Library is seeking a Content Coordinator (Commercial) to plan, create, and manage compelling digital content across our social media, email, and web platforms. In this role, you’ll support the promotion of the Library’s commercial products and services—including venue hire, retail, and publishing—helping to grow revenue and keeping the Library open to everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engaging, multi-channel content strategies aligned with commercial KPIs.
  • Manage commercial social media channels, ensuring vibrant community engagement.
  • Plan and deliver content for email campaigns and digital touchpoints, supporting customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
You’ll bring proven experience in a commercial content role, with a track record of delivering revenue-generating campaigns. A creative mindset, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to analyse digital performance will set you up for success. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management systems is a plus.
