This role is an 8-month FTC.
The Ecommerce Production Manager reports to the Head of Ecommerce and is responsible for identifying and sharing opportunities to shape the strategic direction of the Production team going forward so that Boden can exploit the new capabilities of the Shopify platform as and when they become available.
Working alongside several teams to support workflow management, prioritisation, reporting and analysis to ensure consistent execution and ongoing improvement in processes and functionality to deliver a best-in-class Ecommerce Operations Function. The role covers all markets across 7 domains and will encompass support across our marketplace channels.

Getting Products to sell/Product Discoverability of the online catalogue.
Single point of contact for the day-to-day co-ordination and running of the Digital Store, liaising with the Brand, Marketing, Trading and Merch & Buying teams to ensure timely product and campaign launches in line with the business plan and promotional calendars.
Oversees and tracks the day-to-day audit of international site: suggesting improvements, checking for accuracy, making, and briefing amends where necessary to improve site performance.
Manage execution of all on-site SEO strategies
Responsible for delivering consistent site standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project manage delivery of all new campaigns, updates to site functionality etc
Continuous Improvement – Try New things/Test and Learn to drive site quality, usability, ensure a quality customer experience and build a best-in-class Ecommerce Operations Function.
Communicate issues with technical team to resolve issues associated with site developments
Provide creative solutions to challenges, keeping up to date of all legislative changes and best practice, implementing solutions in line with our Boden Values.
Managing through people/cross functional ways of working
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have at least 3 years hands on experience managing complex e-Commerce and/or multichannel websites and projects, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to independently manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet competing and changing deadlines, with a sound awareness of the teams’ requirements.
Sound commercial and numerical skills including the ability to communicate clearly in a pressured environment.
Has worked with Product Data Management Software
Experience with CMS and associated systems and technologies.
Strong knowledge of project management practices, (e.g. Prince 2)
Analytical with good problem-solving skills
Can drive results through people in a busy, fast-paced environment
Experience of stakeholder management across all levels of the business
Has Intermediate skills using Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work fully independently and motivate others to perform.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent people skills and can influence at all levels with a positive attitude.
