A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior Shoot Producer supports all aspects of the studio. With excellent organisation and administration skills, effectively support stills and model producer with all aspects of the studio production process. On a day-to-day basis you are required to assist in shoot production across all levels on ecom shoots, assist on creative content and smaller still life projects when required. The junior shoot producer will also support with sample management, both within the studio and with internal teams where necessary, including sample teams and across departments such as social and lifestyle.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Report into Lead Studio Producer
  • Liaise with the Studio Stylist and sample teams to ensure all samples required for ecom and content shoots are organised accordingly, as well as overseeing studio assistant/temps.
  • Work with internal teams on shoot requirements, effectively communicating best ways of working and ensuring studio team has all they need across shoot, styling and post production teams
  • Work with sample team/producers on requirements for outfitting sessions.
  • Put together and send out call sheets to freelance teams
  • Assist with effective splitting of product across photography sets, looking to maximise shot counts and optimise ways of working
  • Support stylists in ensuring all product is available for the session.
  • Support on studio model sets, welcoming freelancers and organising catering for on set teams
  • Monitor and organise reshoots using Mondays board
  • Ensure knowledge of what has and hasn't been shot in stills/model and be the go to person for sample questions
  • Captures all outfitting detail within Flo, updating location and ensuring team are up-dated on progress. Also updates information in Flo, including sample location and reshoot information
  • Studio admin tasks including IR35 documents and booking forms
  • Guarantee studio best practice
  • Responsible for informing on daily drop status reports and liaise with sample teams to ensure product is reaching the studio in the most efficient way
  • Update production schedules
  • Assist in tracking card spend for shoots/studio
  • Ad hoc support for stylists e.g, steaming and clothing preparation when required
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience in a similar role and an Ecommerce Photography Studio environment.
