Senior Designer (2016) – In 2015, Eight Inc won the contract to revolutionise India’s largest telecoms company, Airtel. I was hired as the digital design lead; my main focus was to explore how new technology could enhance and radicalise the consumer experience in-store, this consisted of three key touchpoints.
