This is a personal project that is still very much a work in progress, as I have only digitised 7 characters so far. The typeface is inspired by blackletter calligraphy, and each letterform is closely modelled on my own calligraphy style. I have tried to retain an element of the qualities of a nib on paper, whilst keeping each letter-shape clean and simple, treading a thin line between modern blackletter and a 'textured' font.
