Challenge: To create a limited-edition package design for KitKat, inspired by London & Chicago culture. A collaborative project with Nestlé, Ravensbourne University London, Vault 49, Obama Foundation, Champs Mentoring, and the My Brother’s Keeper Alliance. Insight: “The streets are where our stories are told.” Solution: Our concept emerged from a desire to "Break Thru" stereotypes and preconceptions, fostering cultural exchange and understanding. We flew out to Chicago, and with the assistance of locals, gathered non-mainstream imagery and insights to incorporate into our outcome (initially doing the same in London). Our goal was to authentically reflect the lived experiences of residents, giving voice to what is culturally significant to the people of London and Chicago.
