Collaboration with NEMCEE

A collaboration with NEMCEE (@_nemcee) a clothing brand for doing things in. Naturally dyed jacket over coat, over sized and has big pockets for tools and objects. Continuing my exploration with a madder root who hols so many hues. This one made with an exhaust bath, still containing enough colour to keep the conversation going . Reds, oranges, yellows and browns - strong, vibrant and complex. Madder is a very special historical dye stuff, Rubia tinctorum from the Rubiaceae family was an important colour in early textile production. NEMCEE website: https://www.nemcee.com/
