Creating Aircall’s employer branding platform

The brief was to create a core manifesto that encapsulated Aircall's product, values, present and future.

Aircall provides cloud-based call centre software to thousands of businesses across the globe. A tech start-up, the business found itself in a very competitive job market and needing to make hires to fuel its rapid growth, but lacking an employer branding platform and narrative that showcased life at Aircall to potential applicants.

Working within a small team, I led the creation of Aircall’s employer narrative. Based around a central manifesto, the narrative highlighted the type of person the business was in need of, revealed what successful applicants can expect as employees, merged the business’s core values and – for it to be unique to Aircall – was rooted in its core product offering.
