This was my response to the 2015 Monotype D&AD brief. The brief was to create a typographically led campaign to promote a retrospective screening for a director of our choice. I chose Jeff Tremaine director of the Jackass films as I thought it would be interesting to try and represent his films through type as they are not just another hollywood blockbuster action film. The low budget documentary style appealed to me and thought it was a good theme to run with for the designs. I created a series of of posters that advertise each of the three jackass films that gradually become more distressed and destroyed.
